The reworks to Ness's completely new drag-down Neutral Aerial and cleaned up and partially reworked up-tilt gives Ness more opportunity for combos while his improved forward-aerial and other normals allows for more natural strings that Ness was formerly capable of in Smash 4 and Ultimate. Ness overall is faster, has better frame data and especially better landing, and has a ton of QoL to make Ness a much smoother and less clunky character. SSF2 Amplified is currently in development however as a demo there is one psuedo-complete character in the form of Ness. All characters will be substantially buffed to be considered top tier or 'overpowered' to an extent without being too overbearing to fight against.
